1 – Holding Accessible Rooms until all rooms of that Room type are sold out.
2 – Blocking the specific room requested and holding that room until the guest’s arrival – guaranteeing that the guest will receive the room that matches their needs with the correct accessible features.
3 – Having our trained staff will follow up with all guests who request an accessible room to ensure we are holding the right room for them, and to offer assistance with any other needs or questions, from supplying the correct equipment, to information on our neighborhood.

Our entry way and all common areas of the hotel are fully accessible. That includes the paths to and from; our Hotel Restaurant, the Hotel Bar on the 6th floor, Accessible Guest Rooms, the Front Entry to the Hotel, the Registration Desk and all Events Spaces.
Our hotel does not offer Parking on site, nor do we have a Pool or a Gym on site.
