Chef and author, Nancy Singleton Hachisu, returns to the Marlow family for a collaboration dinner at Reynard where she will be previewing never-before-seen-in-English recipes from her upcoming book, “Japan: The Cookbook.”
Special menu items included: Fermented Pickles; Daikon and Tuna Sardo; Sardines Pickled with Red Ginger; Country Soup Flavored Four Ways; and Shio-Koji Smoked Standing Rib Roast.
