Chef Cal Peternell at Reynard

This Wednesday, November 9th Reynard chef, Sean Rembold, will be preparing a series of dishes from Cal Peternell’s new book, “A Recipe For Cooking.” Cal will be in attendance and signing cookbooks and speaking with guests.
Dishes such as Belgian endive with smoked fish, beets and walnuts; Fish with crisp skin, celery root puree and celery and lemon salsa; Chou farci; Lamb braised with Moroccan spices and green olives; and Chocolate ice with crisp almond meringues will be on offer alongside our Reynard dinner menu.
