The Cooper Room, Wythe Hotel’s cellar level private event venue radiates a distinctly Brooklyn type of elegant ambiance. The 550 square foot room is rich in historical detail, from the exposed brick walls, original to the building, to the antique crystal chandeliers hanging from the vaulted ceiling. The Cooper Room also features an attached alcove bar with marble counters and gleaming subway tiles. This versatile industrial chic space makes the perfect backdrop for intimate dinners, meetings, and cocktail-style events and small weddings.
The space comes fully furnished with curated pieces available furniture including couches, lounge chairs, coffee tables, dining tables, bentwood dining chairs, cocktail tables, and bentwood stools.
The Cooper Room’s warm and intimate ambiance makes a great setting for cocktail receptions and dinners. The venue is particularly well suited for birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebratory receptions and dinners for up to 50 guests. Catered by our in-house restaurant, and served by the Wythe’s professional staff, these dinners delicious and perfectly executed. The adjacent alcove bar can bet fully set to serve the function.
The Cooper Room can host meetings and off-sites for up to 50 team members. The historic space is tucked in at the cellar level of the hotel, making it an especially private setting, perfect for focused gatherings. The room is also well suited as a breakout space for smaller groups attending larger gatherings in the Main Hall. The Copper Room can easily accommodate modern audio visual equipment, lounge furniture and coffee, and tea stations to keep the group hydrated and caffeinated!
