The Main Hall at Wythe Hotel, a meticulously restored, historically rich, and distinctly Brooklyn-style meeting venue, is the perfect fit for larger groups, be they corporate teams and industry groups. Its soaring ceilings, original exposed brick walls, and antique mahogany bar lend interest and elegance for meetings and off-sites for groups of 50 to 100. The venue can be set in many versatile ways to facilitate a variety of meeting styles, including multiple roundtables, and presentation style seating. The space comes furnished with our own custom mahogany tables, crescent rounds, or classroom tables. Meals and breaks can be enjoyed in the adjacent Garden Terrace. All of the catering for meeting groups is chef-driven, seasonal, farm-to-table fare from Reynard restaurant.

The Cooper Room, Wythe Hotel’s private, cellar-level meeting venue, radiates a distinctly Brooklyn breed of elegant ambiance. The 550-square-foot room is rich in historical detail, from the exposed brick walls that are original to the building, to the antique crystal chandeliers hanging from the vaulted ceiling. The Cooper Room also features an attached alcove bar with marble counters and gleaming subway tiles. This versatile industrial chic space makes the perfect backdrop for focused meetings and presentations.

The Screening Room is also a unique venue for meetings, conferences, and presentations for up to 75 guests. Nestled in the cellar-level of the hotel, the venue boasts vintage, red velvet theater seats, an original vaulted ceiling, exposed brick walls, and full-HD digital projector.  Modern A/V amenities overseen by our knowledgeable and experienced in-house A/V technicians make technical execution seamless. The Screening Room has its own private entrance on Wythe Avenue that leads directly into a speakeasy-style bar with marble tables and burgundy leather banquettes. The Screening Room Bar can be set up for coffee and tea with platters of breakfast items, a full lunch, or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for a post-meeting, networking hour. Meetings, presentations, lectures, and talks in this distinctly Brooklyn venue are memorable for all who attend.

There are many options for breakout spaces for full and multi-day meeting groups. The 7th and 8th-floor loft spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light, can host small groups of up to 16 guests for smaller meetings. The loft spaces can also be used to treat the group to breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in Manhattan skyline views.
