What an amazing place with such amazing people. Abijah and Nicole helped us above and beyond to make our day as magical as it was. They really came out of their way in order to provide us with all the help they could give. Spectacular venue, spectacular food and vendors. Everything was taken care to the most minimal detail. We are in love!

Our wedding at the Wythe Hotel was an incredible experience. From start to finish, we were impressed with the level of service and quality of the experience. Nicole and Abijah were a dream to work with throughout the entire process and the night itself was above and beyond all of our expectations. Our guests are still raving about the food, the bar, and the excellent service. Cannot imagine having our wedding at any other venue!

We had the most beautiful and perfect wedding day at Wythe Hotel. The sales and event leads were amazing during the planning process, as were the folks who managed service at the event on the night of our wedding. The reason we chose this beyond the obviously beautiful facade is that the cost of the wedding was inclusive of space, F&B, service, and event rentals. There was very little for us to coordinate which meant no hidden costs or add-ons. This could perhaps be seen as a drawback if you want to bring in your own cake vendor, upgrade dinnerware, highly customize decor, etc.

The Wythe Hotel was the PERFECT venue for my wedding as it had everything that my husband and I were looking for.

From the moment we walked through the door, we loved the look of the space. My husband and I were searching for a venue that was a little bit left from the traditional catering hall. We wanted something with a unique look but didn't want to put in the work of renting out a bare bones space - and The Wythe was it. The hotel is beautifully designed. It's very sleek and modern while still showcasing the building's early 1900s history. In addition to the reception, we chose to get ready and host our ceremony at the hotel as well. The bridal party got ready in one of the 8th floor lofts and then, after the wedding, my husband and I spent the night there. Not only is the room very spacious, but it gives you a really nice space for pictures. Oh yeah, and there is also the private terrace with the unobstructed city views. You can't beat it.

The food that they serve is to die for! Rather than selecting off of a standard catering menu, we sat down with both the restaurant's head and pastry chefs and literally designed our own menu. All of their suggestions were local, seasonal and farm to table focused. And what's even better is that because you are designing the menu, if you or your guests are veg/gluten free or have any other food allergies or dietary restrictions, they are more than able to accommodate you. Our guests could not stop raving about the food!

Lastly, Nicole and Abijah, the event coordinators, were fantastic! They really took care of us and made us feel like VIPs. They were very responsive and accommodating. We had a few out of the norm requests and they didn't bat an eye.

Although The Wythe isn't the cheapest venue, the value is absolutely there. From the food, to space, to service, I feel like we really got what we paid for. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I don't even know where to start! Working with the Wythe from start to finish was an incredible experience. We are still on a high from how amazing our entire wedding day was thanks to the entire team. To start - Nicole & Abijah are amazing. They are not only responsive and flexible but also thoughtful. They went out of their way to meet all of our requests and to keep us confident & calm throughout the entire planning process. This attitude continued to everyone else we interacted with - the chef, pastry chefs, bartenders, front desk, even the doormen all made our wedding weekend one to remember. The food was incredible, the staff didn't miss a beat and we were able to achieve every single thing we wanted thanks to their hard work & professionalism. If you're looking for a beautiful venue, amazing staff, and the best wedding food & booze you can ask for look no further. Every guest is still commenting on how unique and high quality everything was. We are not your typical couple and we were looking for something very personal and were able to achieve that thanks to the Wythe and everyone involved. Thank you a million times over, I'll miss all our email exchanges but could not be more thankful for everything you've done for us the past year.

Absolutely the most wonderful experience and we got to work with the best people!
We feel like the luckiest couple and can't imagine having the wedding anywhere else.

Everyone should get married at the Wythe-you won't regret it.

Our wedding at They Wythe Hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Not only is the venue unique and beautiful but the star is the food and beautiful family-style presentation (which they do for larger events). Many of our guests remarked that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The staff throughout the planning process were professional and responsive and the staff who executed the event were just terrific and on point. Splurge and make sure to stay in one of amazing suites overlooking the city. It was just magical to get to spend the day getting ready in there and then wake up the day after in such a gorgeous setting.

The Wythe Hotel - pretty much the perfect place to have a wedding. From the moment myself and my wife booked our date at the Wythe for our nuptials this past month, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them the entire time. Between Abijah, Nicole and the entire team at Reynard's, everyone were easily reachable at ALL times and completely committed to ensuring
that our wedding day be all that we hoped for.

We were a wedding of 100 people and utilized their outdoor patio/garden area at street level for our ceremony and their large reception venue for our reception. All furnishings and place-settings were provided by the Wythe as were all the staff. Food and booze was provided by the amazing staff at Reynard's who we met and discussed our menu at length in a meeting approximately 2 months prior to our wedding. Reynard's ensures that all the ingredients are fresh/local/seasonal and that you ploy a big part in selecting your menu. Both the head chef and pastry chef were SUPER flexible in helping us craft a tasty menu for our guests.

The Wythe was so convenient and easy to work with - it pretty much does EVERYTHING for you as I mentioned above. We used only 3 other vendors for flowers/decorations and day-of planning; there was very little that needed to be coordinated. The Wythe also provided ample rooms at a 10% discount for our bridal party and my wife and myself were fortunate enough to spend our wedding night (...and the night before) in their South 8th loft with the most
breathtaking views of Manhattan from across the East River.

If you want a gorgeous, convenient and easy wedding to plan I would HIGHLY recommend choosing the Wythe as your venue. You will NOT be disappointed. It was the best day of our lives and we can't imagine having held it anywhere else.

From the first walk through of the hotel to the moment we said "i do", boy oh boy, was this a perfect place. Let me begin with the staff... Everyone is beyond accommodating and eager to please- from the hotel greeter to the bartender to the event coordinator-- each and every one of them made us feel like a million bucks!!

As soon as this hotel was built, I said this is the perfect place to get married. After I got engaged, I knew this was it! We live in Brooklyn and wanted to get married in Brooklyn!
The food is exceptional- it is all through their restaurant, Reynard. We went for our menu meeting and sat down with the chef to come up with a menu that truly suits "us". The menu tasting was mouth-watering, finger-licking good. Each and every guest raved about the dinner!!
Yes, this venue does come with a cost, but what venue doesn't?!?!
Space...check! Food...check! Service...check!

The Wythe made our night unforgettable, and all I can do is offer this:
It was simply wonderful and simply unforgettable.

My husband and I were married in May of 2014 during a very long day of wedding festivities, comprising of two separate ceremonies (Hindu and Christian) and a reception that followed. We hosted the evening Christian ceremony and reception at the Wythe Hotel for our guests who had flown in from all over the world and the U.S. to be with us on our special day. From the get-go, the Wythe Hotel was the perfect venue for us and we could not have been happier. Our experience with the Wythe began a year earlier during our venue-hunting process. Having been unable to find anything in Manhattan that captured the sort of character we were looking for, our wedding planner suggested the Wythe.

Upon arrival and throughout the walk-through, we were impressed with both the professionalism and consideration that was placed in ensuring that the Wythe would be a place that would cater to each of our needs on wedding day from the services offered to the amenities and rooms. We loved every aspect of our visit and were even more convinced after grabbing a meal at Reynard's that evening that this was it. During the wedding planning process, the Wythe worked closely with our planner on the details of the major day and they were nothing short of fantastic. Our personal primary interaction with them was for the preparation of the menu and food tasting.

We were blown away (once again) with the quality of service and the organization and professionalism of both Nicole and Abijah as well as the Wythe staff. Nicole was incredibly responsive and her team made every effort to address each of our questions and requests. On the day of and amidst all the madness and frenzy, the Wythe Hotel was the last worry on our minds. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch - it basically was the perfect day. We have nothing but gratitude to the Wythe Hotel for being nothing more than a delight to have worked with and can't wait to be back to visit again to relive some memories of our big day.

Flexible in planning, stylish in execution

We are from Australia and held our wedding ceremony in the South 8th Loft which had breathtaking views of Manhattan. We wanted to give our guests (90% from Australia) a night they will always remember experiencing the true NYC. The Wythe Hotel was the perfect location. We continued the reception downstairs in the Main Hall and our guests were supplied with the mouth watering food from Reynard with wonderful service. It truly was an unforgettable night that our guests are still taking about one year later (some even saying it was better than their own wedding). Nicole and Marisa made the whole event a breeze and were extremely helpful, quick to response and made the entire organising so simple and stress free. The team at Wythe and Reynard were outstanding and accommodating to all our guests. We also capped the evening off up at the Ides rooftop bar. We couldn't have picked a better location. We will certainly be back there to celebrate our anniversaries.

We hired out the penthouse suite with the balcony to hold our wedding ceremony, and then had a cocktail reception in the penthouse (all 'bedroom' furniture was removed and then replaced upon our return to the room in the early hours), we then went down to the private dining room in the restaurant for the reception meal. Everything about the wedding was exceptional, the amazing views, the officiant (Jennifer Nies) recommended to me by the Wythe, the cocktail reception and bar was perfectly co-ordinated and we were then seamlessly led into the reception where the food was family style and absolutely fantastic - it was also prepared to cater for a gluten free and lactose intolerant guest - and was still amazing. After the ceremony we had drinks in the Ides bar on the 6th floor with sweeping views of Manhattan. The preparation and communication by Nicole and the hotel staff was professional and extremely accommodating. It was the perfect day and some New York based guests loved it so much that they have been back to the Wythe for drinks and dinner many times since.

The Wythe Hotel is beautiful, hip, romantic, and magical! When we decided to get married, we didn't want one of those huge weddings that costs a fortune, yet when you taste the catered food and look around at the generic venue, you wonder where it all went. We were already long-time fans of the restaurants Diner and Marlows, which is how we found out about Reynards, the hotel, and eventually the venue. We wanted to buy our guests the best dinner in Brooklyn (local/seasonal, inventive without being overwrought, and made fresh right out of the restaurant's kitchen - not catered!), get them drunk on amazing cocktails and wine (no rum and cokes, no cheap Merlot or Chardonnay!), and make them feel like they were at the coolest party in Brooklyn. We wanted to feel like we were throwing a big, awesome dinner party that highlighted everything we love about our neighborhood and made our guests feel special, and that's exactly what we got!

The planners were easy to work with, super responsive, and very accommodating. The waiters, bartenders, and staff were top-notch - the height of professional and friendly, even while dealing with last-minute changes, unexpected guests, and special dietary requests. We also stayed at the hotel, which was incredible. The accommodations were crisp, clean, and beautiful with the best view of the city. The amenities were fun and unique, and the hotel staff treated us like celebrities the whole weekend. (We loved it so much we're going back for our one year anniversary this year.)

At first I wasn't sure how to judge the value, but after doing some quick research online, it looks like the average NYC wedding reception (food, booze, venue, and rentals) costs between $12K-$20K. Considering we ended up on the low end of that range while pulling off an event that felt truly special, wowed our guests, and over delivered on everything we wanted - unique atmosphere, amazing food, drinks, and service - I'd say we got an amazing deal!

Absolutely outstanding day! I could not have planned it to be any better..
thank goodness for our wedding planner and florist , Mark Rose!! everything was perfect.....
The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the view spectacular.

Thank you all again for a wonderful day.

We had an amazing wedding and Nicole Potenec and the WYTHE hotel staff made that possible. Everything would smoothly and everyone had a great time... I would highly recommend! A++++

We had a perfect casual, relaxed wedding with just under 60 guests at The Wythe - starting with ceremony/cocktails in the South Loft and its terrace to dinner in the main hall on the first floor. We only wish it could have been a couple of hours longer ( 11:30PM cutoff ).
Great staff to help with planning , great staff with food and beverage day of and fantastic food - the food that makes us a regular at Reynard to begin with.
Our guests choosing to stay in the hotel found the stay flawless - although at the time they did not offer any morning room service which was a challenge to my mom ( that may have changed).
Highly recommended!

My husband and I were thrilled to have our wedding reception at the Wythe Hotel's penthouse suite. The space, decor and not to mention the breathtaking view of Manhattan skyline from the suite to the private roof deck was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The event coordinator, Marissa was professional and very accommodating. She made everything so easy for us and the whole catering staff was excellent! Our guests enjoyed themselves all night long and said it was the best wedding reception they have ever been to. Thank you Whythe Hotel for making our day spectacular!

It was love at first sight when we saw the Wythe Hotel for the first time. The space is somehow raw and cozy at the same time. The vibe is cool and unpretentious. But after we had our first meal at the restaurant we knew no other venue would do. We always have the most amazing dinners there and wanted to bring that experience to our wedding guests. We did family style-dinner and it was perfection. With the most magical sunset views and lovely decor, working with the Wythe was so low fuss for a wedding...they made it easy to achieve exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. The staff was SO wonderful, we cant thank them enough for making our wedding extra special. Our ceremony was in the loft, followed by dinner in the private dining room downstairs. Waking up in the loft the next morning was the cherry on the cake. It was hard to go back to real life after playing house at the Wythe for the weekend, but I wouldnt trade those memories for the world!

The team at the Wythe was fantastic. Everyone made us feel special and seemed to enjoy being a part of our special day. We were very flexible and open to ideas regarding the menu and setup, and while other vendors may have struggled with less direction, the Wythe staff handled everything perfectly. Since the menu is seasonal, you should expect to make decisions close to the wedding date. The Wythe team is really organized and responsive. Events are clearly a specialty, whereas other venues or vendors may not be conduct themselves with the same professionalism. I am so happy we held our wedding at the Wythe and I'm sure you will be, too.

The Wythe Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding with ~94 guests. The decor is so beautiful that it really doesn't require much additional beyond the space and the tables/chairs that you rent. The staff is super lovely. And the food was incredible - people still rave about the dinner! We were looking for a place that wouldn't require us doing everything from scratch (they take care of the food and cake, as well as the bar items, and help arrange rentals - they can also accommodate an after-party and rehearsal dinner) and yet wouldn't feel like a generic wedding. We wanted the wedding to feel like us, and the Wythe really helped make that happen for us. It's not among the cheapest venues in New York, but the value we got for what we spent was fantastic (hence the 5 star rating). Their space is versatile (there's indoor space, outdoor space, room for dancing) and everything from the food to the drinks to the decor is beautifully curated. Everyone we worked with was organized and professional, and the whole day went off more beautifully than we could even have hoped! We'll always remember this place with great joy.
